We are not accepting orders outside Hong Kong at this stage.  If you would like to be kept informed on future policies, please send us an email and we will keep you posted.

All delivery is made within next business day if order is confirmed before 5pm and 1 extra business day for all orders placed after 5pm.  If we require more time or if you have placed a special order, we will inform you estimated delivery schedule.   All delivery is made within business hours Monday to Friday; Saturday morning.  No delivery on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holidays.  If red rainstorm or typhoon signal 3 and above is hoisted, your delivery may be delayed.

We will inform you by email estimated delivery hours and please have someone to collect at the designated address. We reserve rights to charge extra expenses incurred otherwise.   If delivery is made to the hospital, we would appreciate full name of the mother, better with room number.
